Shoe shopping in London

If you remember back in March I {thought} I found my heels for the big day...however they were purchased before I had found my dress and the reality is they don't exactly match with the style of my dress. So, I'm back to heel hunting!
Recently in London I went to Harrods in hopes of finding heels...but either heels are way too high {what's up with that?} or too low as in "only Aunt Hilda would buy that low of a kitten heel". And of course way to expense, seriously who buys heels for close to $1000? Not a bride on a budget, yes even one that has gone above her initial estimate.
Casadei heels

Rene Caovilla (OMG! The soles of these heels are gorgeous, sparkly grey!)
Christian Dior (these would be perfect but they are way too high)
the Dior booties are fabulous but wouldn't exactly match my gown's style
I think these Valentino might be it!! Rather find them in Toronto.
Any suggestions?

a private appointment with Aruna Seth {bridal shoes}

While in London a couple weeks ago I had the opportunity to try on Aruna Seth shoes. My private appointment was scheduled late in the evening at a gorgeous boutique hotel in London's Nightsbridge area. Of course I got lost...usually I'm not bad with directions but this little hard to find boutique hotel had me running around in circles. Alas, all worth it once I tried on the comfortable Aruna Seth heels! Joining me was blogger Helena from A Diary of a Lovely, asked her to come along and was my first time meeting her in person. What a doll! She also was my photographer...my camera was acting up (or maybe it was just me).
I normally don't wear heels, only on special occasions or if I know I won't be on my feet all day. I have the worst flat feet, so its rare that I find comfortable shoes. My favourite in terms of comfort were the Farfella Ivory Satin Kitten heel at 70mm, just the right amount of toe cleavage, heel a perfect height for all day wear and they were honestly the most comfortable heels. And no they didn't look motherly considering they were a kitten heel! And aren't they the most feminine pretty shoes!?

Aruna Seth: Bonita Shoes

Aruna Seth just might be the chosen British bridal shoe designer for the upcoming Royal Wedding! Its just a rumour, but I for one would love a pair of Aruna Seth shoes. Look how pretty they are! I know I already purchased my bridal shoes, however, they were purchased before the dress. Let me just swoon over these shoes...

bridal heels found...maybe {wardrobe dept}

So I think these two-toned heels might be IT!! I was in Sao Paulo, Brazil this past weekend. For those that follow my other blog you'll know I'm a flight attendant and one of the perks of my job is shopping! I found these pretty things while window shopping in the Jardins areas of Sao Paulo, Brazil. Most stores are closed Sunday but Arrezzo was opened and the last pair was waiting for me. Reason I say they're a maybe pair is I don't have a dress yet but I'm pretty sure they will work with the style of dress I'm looking for...
What do you think Bridal wardrobe material?
